Frequently asked questions

Are the works originals?

Yes. Every piece is one of a kind — mixed media on paper, hand-finished in charcoal and graphite, and signed. No two works are identical.

How many of each piece exist?

Exactly one. Each work in the shop is a single original. Once it is sold it is gone and will not be restocked — so if a piece speaks to you, it is worth not waiting.

What size and material?

All works are DIN A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), mixed media on premium 180 g/m² paper.

Is a frame included?

No. Every piece ships unframed; the frame shown in the photos is for presentation only. The price covers the artwork alone.

Which frame fits?

A4 is a standard size, so any A4 frame works. For more presence we recommend a 30 × 40 cm frame with an A4 mat — the mat gives the drawing room to breathe and keeps the paper off the glass. Behind glass is the best long-term protection.

When will my order ship?

Orders are collected and processed from September 2026. Order now to reserve your piece; all orders ship together from September. You will receive a notification as soon as your parcel is on its way.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free.

Do you ship outside Germany?

Not at the moment — we currently ship within Germany only. If you are abroad and interested in a particular work, write to us at contact@stylb-art.com and we will look for a solution.

How is the artwork packed?

Flat and rigid: each piece is protected with glassine paper and shipped between board so it cannot bend or rub in transit.

What if it arrives damaged?

Get in touch right away and send us a photo — the sooner the better, so we can raise it with the carrier. Since every work is unique, we will either replace it with another piece of your choice or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Enter your code in the discount code field at checkout, right before payment. One code per order; codes cannot be combined with each other.

Which payment methods can I use?

All methods shown at checkout — common credit and debit cards plus the digital wallets your device supports. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never see your card details.

How do I care for the drawing?

Each work is fixed to prevent smudging. For the best result, frame it behind glass with a mat and avoid hanging it in direct sunlight or in damp rooms.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, no reason required. Please note that the direct cost of returning the goods is yours to carry. Full details on the page „Widerruf & Rückgabe“.
